I run no center cap and mounted a small 1" or so trailer led in the center of the carrier plate, works great
I have a license plate relocation kit that I drilled some holes into the carrier to mount when my carrier is angled. I still throw the hard top back on in the winter so I have to switch back and forth between angled and straight. The plate holder has holes for bolt lights, one straight for a stop light, and a downward facing one for the plate light. Truthfully I've never really been a fan of the bolt lights, but they do work. I have thought about running one of those led truck light strips in the gap below the door and just above the bumper... but like quite a few things I have for the jeep, it's still in the garage lol.

Nice job on the build!
I like the fact that you started out with a used Jeep, and had to fight the same rust monster that we do. Too many magazines do installs on brand new vehicles and then say, 'it only took us 3 hours!' when you know damn well that a season or two of Ontario salt and they'd be working three days just to do a body lift.
Looking forward to seeing this Jeep in action!

If I was a Jeep, someone would've parted me out a long time ago.
Thanks for doing this. It is always appreciated.
