    I don't have a trailer yet but it's in the works. Which reminds me I better call and see what there lead time is for one.

    I kinda think the flat towing is what screwed up my steering box as well. I never had any issues with it until about a year after I started flat towing.

    Never heard of that but then again you are regularly putting force through the box in a way it wasn't designed for so you never know.

    I might have ordered one on Monday....
    Miska is 2 weeks right now, he said around 4 weeks as soon as the weather gets warmer, when on the landscapers and constuctions worker start requesting.
    It could be different for steel I ordered aluminum, the price difference was small for the saving in weight.

    Yeah I talked to miska about a month ago and they said the same thing 2 weeks but come March or April it will probably jump up. Yeah there 16' aluminum is 1380 lbs where the steel is 2180lbs. So 800lbs diffrence
    Which is alot when it's only a 7000lbs rated trailer. And my jeep weighs around 4500lbs
