Easy ....poke a hole in the side with an ice pick or other sharp object ..after trail, close the hole with Gorillia tape ,then blow into the valve thingy...

Lock washers are garbage ...I install ALOT of high end equipment at Honda, Irving Tissue , Baxter Labs Etc
Never a lock washer ...always Nylon nut OR Blue Loctite

Personally, I wouldnt go any larger than 1 inch
Body lift is necessary for cleaning and such
Will not effect any driveline components I only know TJs tho
